Shipping Policy

Clear information on courier partners, delivery estimates, international charges and shipping responsibility.

At PreemNeon™, we use carefully selected courier partners depending on the size of the order, delivery location and service required. Couriers may include DHL and other suitable delivery providers.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product specification, production requirements and destination. If you need an order urgently, please contact us before placing your order at sales@preemneon.co.uk and we will advise on the estimated timeframe.

Please note that all delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless agreed by us in writing. Delays caused by couriers, customs processes, weather, peak shipping periods or other events outside our control may affect final delivery timing.

Once goods leave our production facility or dispatch point, risk in transit passes to the customer. If an order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain the packaging where possible so we can assist with the courier claim process.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or similar charges that may apply in the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing. PreemNeon™ is not liable for these charges or for customs-related delays.

We do not offer refunds solely because an item does not arrive by a specific date due to courier or customs delays outside of our control.

All prices and invoices are issued in GBP (£). PreemNeon™ is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations, bank charges or card provider fees applied by your payment provider.
